OneLastText allows users to send a single text message ("One Last Text") to a designated recipient. Messages are stored and delivered only when the recipient opts in to view them. This service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to use our service. By using OneLastText, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• Each message submission costs $1.00 USD.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cases where the recipient never opts in to view the message.
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your payment details.

4. SMS Notifications

By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from OneLastText at the phone number you provide. These messages are for the purpose of notifying you when someone sends you a message and providing optional account-related updates.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.
• Supported carriers include Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most major carriers. Not all carriers are supported.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Send messages containing threats, harassment, hate speech, explicit sexual content, or illegal material.
• Use OneLastText for spam or commercial advertising.

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate accounts for violations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and features of OneLastText are the property of Chaya Development LLC. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the service without permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using OneLastText, you agree to how we handle your data as described there.

8. Limitation of Liability

OneLastText is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for:

• Whether a recipient opts in to view your message.
• Emotional or psychological impact of message delivery.

You agree to hold us harmless for any claims related to your use of the service.

9. Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. You waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
